Time and Chance are two life variables for greatness, but the major determinant of how well we live life and the extent to which the kind of future we desire unfolds, is in the power of the choice(s) we make per time. There is no win/change in life that doesn't have its root from a set of choices made, same as there are no failures without a root cause of inaccurate choices. 

We are in a time and season that our mantra should be; “I choose to live by choice, not by chance, To be motivated, not manipulated, To be useful, not used, To make changes, not excuses, To excel, not compete, I choose self-esteem, not self pity, I choose to listen to my inner voice, Not to listen to the random opinions of others.

Beyond this moment, what life presents to us outside the contribution of TIME & CHANCE, is totally dependent on the set of choices we make at the moment, in life, business, CHOICE OF LEADER, relationship, moral values and any other area as relevant. Our Choices makes us, defines us and presents to us the fruit of that which we have sowed as a seed.
